Kin & Little offers calm, evidence-informed support and advice for parents from pregnancy onwards. Because parenthood comes with a lot of advice, not much nuance, and very little space to say “this is harder than I thought”. I bring together evidence, real-life experience and a very human approach to help you feel confident and grounded, whatever stage you’re in. 1:1 sessions, in-person workshops and community events available across the Cotswolds (and online, too).
